Terms of Service

QkFill is an AI-powered form filling platform that extracts data from client documents and fills standardized forms automatically. The service is provided as-is.

Important: QkFill is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or legal advisor. AI-generated form fills may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all filled forms before submission to any authority.

You agree to use QkFill only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload documents you do not have authorization to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI extraction services
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service to process documents for illegal immigration activities
• Circumvent rate limits or security controls

When you upload documents, QkFill processes them using AI providers (Azure Document Intelligence, Google Gemini) to extract structured data. This data is stored in your organization's isolated database partition and is not shared with other organizations.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. QkFill processes your data solely to provide the form-filling service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. AI operations consume credits from your plan's included allocation. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period unless your plan includes credit rollover.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an AI operation fails due to a service error, consumed credits are automatically refunded.

You own your data. QkFill owns the service, software, AI models, and all related intellectual property. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to QkFill's intellectual property.

Templates you create within QkFill remain your property. Global templates you share are licensed to other users for form-filling purposes only.

QkFill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated form fills.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QkFill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to rejected applications, missed deadlines, or incorrect form submissions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

QkFill complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for Canadian users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for how to exercise these rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then anonymized per our data retention policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
